ORDER INFORMATION
all art prints are carefully packed and shipped in card board tubes. when ordering a print and a frame, we automatically frame your art print before shipping it to you.
SHIPPING
we ship our art prints worldwide with DHL and GLS (only Denmark). all prints and frames are packed and sent from our warehouse outside of copenhagen. sculptures, limited art and collect pieces are carefully packed and shipped with Postnord from our studio in copenhagen.
TRACKING
when your order has been shipped you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking details by e-mail. please note that in some cases your order will be split in two different shipments.

PAYMENT
Atelier Cph accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and MobilePay. we also accept payments via a bank/wire transfer, please get in contact for more details.
AMOUNT RESERVED
when using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. this amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. when the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account. the reservation time depends on the product/service.
DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
when using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less. if you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
the money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. the transaction will now appear in your bank overview. all prices on the website include VAT. Atelier Cph uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. Atelier Cph's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
RETURN POLICY
art prints bought from atelier cph can be returned within 14 days with receipt. the 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. all prints must be returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging or a similar protective tube or box. please note that we might refuse the return if it doesn’t match our criteria for returns. if any items arrive back to our studio with damages, we can only offer a 50% refund.
returns and exchanges are handled by the customer at their own risk and expenses. the request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal. if you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send an e-mail to info@ateliercph.dk. in your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal. note that all expenses for the return shipment is paid by the customer. once we’ve received the print we refund the money.
unfortunately frames, sculptures and collect pieces can't be returned because of packing issues and damages.
WARRANTY
there is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. the warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication. complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Atelier Cph in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. we consider maximum 3 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. we will refund reasonable shipping costs. the complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. Atelier Cph covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
